India Forex Reserves
As of November 16, 2007, the total current forex reserve of India stood at $455 billion. This is the fourth highest forex reserves in the world. Not counting the Eurozone, in which case they India forex reserves rankings move down a step to the fifth level. India forex reserves have increased exponentially because of increased flow of foreign direct investment and money sent by Indians working abroad. Ever since the Indian forex market has been liberalized, foreign exchange trading in India has caused the India forex reserves to increase.
