Regarding Top Stock Investment Newsletter

Thursday, September 4th, 2008

The time has come to get more info on
Top Stock Investment Newsletter. It’s been a pain to get the info I need, though.
Researching Stock Market Investment Newsletters has been a slow process, but I think I’m making some progress. It’s been frustrating at times, though.
The real risk of buying a bad investment newsletter is the investment losses, which can far outweigh the cost of the newsletter itself.
At least I know more now than I did.
Let me know what you think about all this.

The Skinny On SEP IRA Plans

Monday, September 1st, 2008

Checked into the benefits package at my new job today, and it looks like they focus on
SEP IRA Plans for retirement, instead of the standard 401k plan. Looks like I have some reading to do. I had never even heard about these before today.
I’ve been digging around the net trying to learn more about
Sep Ira Contribution Limits so I can make the right decisions, but I’m a bit clueless when it comes to finance, so it’s been slow going.
At least I’ll save some money on taxes. That bite the government takes out of my paycheck just keeps getting more and more painful every year.
Ok - that’s it for today.

Talking About No Cosigner Student Loans

Friday, August 29th, 2008

I’ve been curious lately about No Cosigner Student Loans.
I can’t bear the notion of asking my mom to co-sign on my loans. I want to handle it myself.
I have to say, researching Student Loans with No Co-Signer has been intimidating and discouraging. But I’ve made some progress.
I know the life-long improvement in earnigs will be worth it, but it’s still scary.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

Driver’s Seat

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

If you’re a grandparent thinking about putting money into a 529 college savings account, you can rest easy in the knowledge that you manage to enjoy full, total control over the funds in these accounts.  You have the say over what types of investments are made, not your grandchildren.  There are many cases in which a minor will eventually come of age and come into money – and when it happens, the youth will make decisions that are ill-advised, squandering the good fortune that shone upon them.  As a grandparent who is the owner of a 529 accounts, you can help your loved on keep his or her head on straight, and send them straight toward a bright, educated future.

Switching To Green Investments

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

I’m getting more and more excited about
Green Investments these days. I think a world-wide boom in more enlightened businesses is just getting started. WE can finally do well by doing good.
I’m most looking forward to learning more about Green Energy Investments. I think the potential is there to finally make some significant changes in the way business is done. And not a moment too soon.
I already vote with my wallet by paying attention to the products I buy, and cutting down on waste. It’s time to vote with my portfolio as well.
Stay tuned.

The benefits of better credit are undeniable. Imagine not having to worry about getting that car loan because of your horrible payment history. Imagine knowing your mortgage is in the bag because of your stellar credit score. All this can be possible even with questionable credit if you are willing to perform a little bad credit rating repair. You may think it impossible, and it may indeed take a little time, but think of all the benefits. Student Debt: An Ounce of Prevention

Wednesday, August 20th, 2008

The best way to handle student debt is to properly prepare for it before it happens.  If you haven’t yet graduated, now is the time to sit down with your parents and discuss what you want to do after high school.  Give them a chance to prepare by saving money here and there.  Next, consider going to a state university or community college and then transferring instead of going straight to a private university which can cost dramatically more in student debt.  Also, make sure before signing yourself up for any kind of loan that you understand the interest rates and know that you have a good chance of finding a job that can support the repayment amount.

Avid Collectors - Rare Coins

Tuesday, August 19th, 2008

Avid coin collectors are typically a part of a numismatic organization or club or at the very least receive some type of numismatic publication like a newsletter or yearly informational book. The best types of publications to receive are the monthly newsletters on rare coins. Numismatic newsletters are a valuable resource for collectors and rare coin distributors. Often these newsletters announce rare finds and unusual buys by collectors. This information can allow the serious rare coin collector see where a coin they may be tracking is heading, and the newsletters often are released with updated pricing guides as well. Subscribing to a numismatic newsletter is a great first step for new coin collectors to get involved in the rare coin industry.

Getting A Better Interest Rate

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

Interest rates were a lot higher when we bought our house, so I was thinking about refinancing and getting a better interest rate for our mortgage. I am wondering if there are any drawbacks to refinancing, or any reasons why we shouldn’t do this. I think it might save us a lot of money, even if we do have to pay some closing costs for the new mortgage. Is there somewhere I can go to see how much we might save? Would someone from a mortgage services company be able to help me out with this type of information as well as refinancing if I choose to do so?

My Personal Experience With Online Banking

Friday, August 15th, 2008

I’ve been banking at Wells Fargo for years, but I’m fed up with the lousy rates they pay for their deposit accounts. I’ve decided to look into High Yield Online Savings instead. There are much better deals to be had there, It’s your money, after all, and the banks make money off it just by virtue of having it. It hardly seems right that they would nickel and dime you to death with fees on top of it. Check out captalone bank on line banking for example. Their rates are way higher than anything you can get at the big corporate banks. And banking online is easier than dealing with lines at tellers anyway. I know some people have issues with not being able to meet their bankers in person, but honestly I don’t really care about that. More people should check out internet banks instead of big banks. Maybe you can help settle the matter - feel free to comment.
