Write an E-book About What You Know’
E-books are just electronic versions of regular books or journals but they frighten people if you suggest writing one. The structure isn't that difficult if you just follow the information detailed in this article. Of course if you aren't a very accomplished writer you may want to employ someone to do the writing for you or just help out with other material.
We all have areas where we are knowledgeable and this is the place researching your e-book so start by writing some articles to gauge interest in the subject; because if there is an interest, people will pay. Many are interested in online IT courses and this is one area where you can write an e-book. Articles are less intimidating to write than a book, and you can use some of the articles as promotional tools to create demand for your forthcoming book. This is a simple process whereby the promotional articles are sent to directories for insertion; the number of views they get will provide a good indication just how much interest there is in the subject.
Once this is complete you can start writing the content of the e-book and work out how you want it to look. Most books are set out with an introduction, the main topic and then a conclusion but you may want to add a resource section as well which is quite normal these days. If you write a few more articles that complement the book you may find it will increase the overall perceived value.
Once each article has been written, place into the e-book; just how many you will ultimately require will depend on how long you want it to be. There is less room for error with e-books and no room for unnecessary information to clutter them so don't make it longer than about 50 to 60 pages. As computer screens are notoriously awkward to read with comfortably, a shorter more concise book is appreciated.
Most e-books contain extra or bonus information collected by the author; be on the look-out for this so you can provide some too. This is not too difficult if you already have this extra information in the form The bonus material should really have a value all of its own and be directly related to the topic of the e-book.
