Teleconference Calls Defined
A teleconference is a type of group communication wherein more than two participants are involved in a call. While this technology was once only possible with the use of special phone systems, now it is possible with the use of internet technology. In fact, many new formats and technologies used to facilitate teleconferences make heavy use of internet technology in order to make possible these kinds of calls. Elements like real time video and file sharing can b e added to a teleconference , increasing the involvement of all participants to a level not unlike in a real face to face conversation.
