You can find good quality people to work from home that will perform whatever jobs you give them just as well as someone you bring into your office. Office skills are not hard to come by. What is hard to come by is a woman not tied down by family constraints. If you hire someone who wants to work from home, even welcomes it, they may do a better job than someone brought into the office. They will cost less to employ as well.
