You just made a sale and now you are busy looking for another customer, completely forgetting the previous client. This is the most common mistake sale people commit. They tend to forget to do some follow-ups after closing a deal. If you want to be an effective sales agent, this is one sales strategy that you should master. Follow-ups are necessary so the clients will know that you appreciate what they just bought from your company. You can do this by sending a simple thank you note or an email. And when doing your follow up, you can make another sale by including some of your company’s products that your client might also be interested in.
