I heard a great saying the other day that I think I would like to implement into our company mantra. I heard that a key underlying task for building a Business Process is that it should be a process approach to taking the customer point of view. If we guide our company around our own goals and objectives how would we ever succeed in pleasing our clients? To me the term process approach to taking our customers point of view gives me a mental picture of exactly what we are doing here in our business and keeps me focused on our daily routine.
