When searching for commercial property the first thing that comes to mind (especially for first time or new businesses) is price. This is of course a huge factor and one that will ultimately be the main focus of your decision, but there are a number of other factors you really need to consider before handing over your cash and your signature. Firstly, is the commercial rental space you have found in a suitable location for your requirements? Is there enough room to accomodate any employees and display any products or information you require. But you also need to look ahead. How quickly do you expect your business to grow (if at all)? The space you have found may be perfect for now but will it still be suitable in a years time?
