BPO Business Process Outsourcing
In the system of BPO Business Process Outsourcing, there is a broad division in regards the kinds of jobs performed. One can broadly classify the outsourcing jobs into two distinct categories: the jobs related to back office, and those related to front office. The back office chores include the business activities that are internal to the office such as purchasing or billing. Marketing or other services related to the customers come under the front office tasks. BPOs perform both these tasks.
