What with growing energy costs and other expenses, I’ve been looking into Lean Manufacturing Techniques to see if we can improve our efficiency.
My research on Lean Manufacturing Certification has shown that we’d have to make a lot of adjustments, but the results would be well worth it in the long run.
All signs point to tough economic times ahead. I think that Improvements in efficiency are our best bet for weathering them.
