What is a Criminal Record?
A criminal record is essentially a list of criminal activities and run ins for which a person has been booked. There will be mentions of the status of cases, whether they have been thrown out or successfully pursued. These records have the potential to derail a person’s life and career- which is why one should be never involved in any sort of illegal activity. An act that you did in your late teens may very well make things inconvenient for you in your late 50’s. Cases like these have indeed happened, and it’s very important to realize that criminal records will always be a very difficult burden to have to bear.
