Social Security Appeal Council
When a social security disability claim case has been sent to the social security appeal council the person who filed the appeal will be waiting nervously for the outcome. Typically the person who filed the appeal has already been waiting a significant amount of time to get their disability funds and the appeal is final step they can take. If the council denies their claim many people who have made the claim give up, which is why the decision the council makes is so important.
