Getting your self into Trouble!
There are a few simple ways to really get your self into big trouble when it comes to Patents. The first of these is blatant Patent Infringement. This is never a very smart thing to do, as it could land you in hot water with both the original inventor and the federal government or governments (if you are dealing with an international situation).
However, this has never really stopped some intellectual property attorneys people from deliberately infringing on someone else’s Patent. Some people do not really care if they are ripping off someone else’s ideas and hard work; but most people really do their best to stay out of legal trouble.
